“Council of 100” Invites Female NU Students to Network

Throughout the summer of 2008, the Northwestern University “Council of 100” will present a series of networking events in the Washington, D.C., Greater New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Denver areas. The events are designed to introduce local “Council of 100” members to female Northwestern students and alumnae for networking and resourcing opportunities. All Northwestern female undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumnae, are invited to attend.

The mission of the “Council of 100” is to mentor female Northwestern students and alumnae. The council hosts events on campus every fall and spring enabling current Northwestern young women to meet with women in careers of interest — from government officials, entrepreneurs, to non-profit research associates, lawyers, and journalists.
